Founded in 1990 in the very heart of the Rioja Designation of Origin, RIVERCAP designs, manufactures and distributes tin capsules for top-of-the-range wines & spirits. RIVERCAP also offers polylaminate (composite foil) and PVC capsules for mid-range wines and also Screwcapp® screw top closures.

At present more than 1,000 bodegas and wineries throughout the world are using capsules produced by Rivercap. Our company manufactures more than 500 million capsules per annum, with tinfoil capsules accounting for more than 40 per cent of production, as this is the material that most enhances the final bottle packaging.
